Sample Confirmation & Contract
We support factory or product review by live video, and can also ship samples to your designated address. Once approved, both parties confirm the standard procurement agreement.
Deposit Payment & Stock Preparation
After order confirmation, we arrange fast preparation and dispatch from the Los Angeles fulfillment center.
Quality Check & Final Shipment

Receiving Exception Handling
Please inspect the outer packaging with the carrier upon delivery. If damage, moisture, or other abnormalities are found, take photos or video immediately, note the issue on the receipt, and contact your account manager within 48 hours.
Quality Issue Replacement
If a product has a manufacturing defect that is not caused by misuse or shipping damage, please provide supporting evidence within seven working days after receipt. After verification, we will offer replacement parts, product exchange, or a credit on your next order.
Logistics Delay Compensation
For dedicated shipping lines with committed timelines, if a serious delay is caused by our side, excluding force majeure such as customs inspection or severe weather, we will provide freight reduction or compensation according to the contract.
